At Skelton Truck Lines, we are committed to sustaining and improving the environment in the present and future. We are reducing our carbon foot print by continually investing in the most environmentally friendly technologies and products. These include the most recent advances in aerodynamic technology in each of our trucks and trailers, as well as our fleet of electronic forklifts. We are always investing in the most recent fuel efficiency technologies in the industry, including speed limiters in our trucks and low rolling resistant tires. Our validated transportation eliminates costly and cumbersome packaging, which has a negative effect on the environment. Smartway Certified and with three Green Stars from the Department of Defense, these combined environmental initiatives help to make ‘Orange is the new Green’ a reality at Skelton Truck Lines.
